Online Orders: 

Subject to product availability, orders will be processed within 1 working day. Delivery post processing will be via a reputable courier . Shipping costs are specified at the time of checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. 

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse as soon as payment has cleared successfully. 

 

Online Orders – Cancellations: 

There will be a 10% administration fee should the client cancel an order. SOVSO will refund the client within 30 days. 

 

Custom Orders: 

Subject to product availability and reflection of payment in full, orders will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks and delivery date confirmed by email. 

 

Custom Orders – Cancellations:

There will be a 25% administration fee of the total value should the client cancel a confirmed order. SOVSO will refund the client within 30 days. 

 

Exporting: 

This option is available to clients worldwide; the additional shipping costs will be for the client’s account. SOVSO is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.
